This policy covers www.zippkart.com, run by ZippKart, Karachi, Pakistan.
What we collect

How we use it
- To process, deliver and track orders, take payments, and handle cancellations, returns, refunds and warranty claims.
- To send you emails you need: sign-up codes, password resets, order confirmations and status updates, and alerts you asked for.
- To answer you in Live Chat, WhatsApp and email.
- To prevent fraud and abuse. For example, we limit repeated login attempts, block suspicious activity and keep security logs. Your order history may decide whether an order needs an advance payment.
- To understand which products and searches are popular, so we can stock and show better products. We look at this in total, not to profile you.
We don't send marketing emails unless you ask for alerts. We don't use advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers.

Only ZippKart staff who need it for their job can see your information. Their access is limited by role, and payment screenshots and unboxing videos are visible only to you and our order staff.
Cookies
We use two cookies, both needed for the site to work:

How long we keep it
- Account details: until you ask us to delete your account.
- Orders, payments, invoices, returns and refunds: as long as needed for accounting, tax, warranty and legal reasons, even after an account is deleted.
- Browsing and search statistics: deleted automatically after about 13 months.
- Support chats: kept as your support history, unless you ask us to delete them.
- Security logs: kept as long as needed to investigate abuse.
Your choices and rights
- See and update your name, phone and password in My Account. Connect or disconnect Google and Facebook sign-in there too.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@zippkart.com from your account's email address. We reply within 30 days. Records we must keep by law are kept.
- Turn off location sharing at any time in your browser settings.
- Remove alerts and wishlist items whenever you like.
Security
The site runs only over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in readable form. Uploads are checked and stored safely, and staff access is limited and logged. No website is completely risk-free. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
Children
ZippKart is for people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy, and the “Last updated” date at the top will change. For any privacy question, email support@zippkart.com or message us on WhatsApp.
