ZippKart is an online store based in Karachi, Pakistan, selling mobile phones, accessories, repair parts and electronics. These terms work together with our Return & Refund, Warranty, Shipping & Delivery, Payments & Cancellation and Privacy policies.
Your account
- Give us your real name, a working phone number and a correct delivery address.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
- We may suspend or block an account used for fraud, fake orders, abuse of our staff, or repeated refused deliveries.
Products and listings
- We try to show every product accurately. Photos may differ slightly in colour or packaging, and specifications come from the manufacturer.
- New products are sealed and unused. Used and refurbished products show their condition, any marks and their warranty on the product page.
- PTA status is shown for each phone. A non-PTA phone may need PTA registration, and may need a registration fee, before it works on Pakistani networks. Registration is your responsibility unless the product page says otherwise.
- Repair parts must be fitted by a qualified technician. We aren't responsible for damage caused during installation.
Prices and orders
- Prices are in PKR and can change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place the order.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm or dispatch it. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price or listing was clearly wrong, or a payment can't be verified. If we cancel, you get a full refund of anything paid.
- We may limit how many units of a product one customer can buy.
- Payments, delivery, cancellations, returns and warranty follow the policies on this site.
Reviews, questions and chat
- Reviews and product questions must be honest, about the product, and free of abuse, personal details, links and adverts. We may remove anything that breaks these rules.
- Do not send threats, abuse or illegal content in Live Chat, WhatsApp or email.
Using the site
- Don't try to break, overload, scrape or get unauthorised access to the site, other accounts or our systems.
- The ZippKart name, logo, photos, videos and text on this site belong to ZippKart or its suppliers. Don't copy them without our permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered and honouring these policies. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost data or lost business, or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier strikes, weather or public holidays. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Your rights under Pakistani consumer protection law are not affected.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first; most problems are solved quickly through support. If a dispute can't be solved, it will be handled by the courts in Karachi.
