Ways to pay

| Online Transfer (Raast, bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and other services shown at checkout) | Send the amount to the account shown at checkout, then enter the Transaction ID and upload the payment screenshot. We verify it before processing your order. |
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The total you pay is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Advance payment
Some orders need an advance payment before we process them. The percentage, the advance amount and the remaining balance are shown at checkout. Pay the advance and upload the proof from your order page. The order stays “Pending Advance Payment” until we approve it, and the rest is paid on delivery.
Payment verification
- We check every Online Transfer against our account, usually within a few working hours.
- If we can't verify a payment, we mark it Rejected and tell you why. Upload a clear screenshot or the correct Transaction ID from your order page.
- Payment screenshots are private. Only you and our order staff can see them.
- ZippKart will never ask for your card PIN, OTP, password or full card number.
Cancelling an order
- You can cancel from your order page any time before the order is Shipped. Choose Cancel order and, if you like, tell us why.
- Once an order is Shipped, it can't be cancelled. You can refuse the delivery or return it under the Return & Refund Policy.
- Anything you have already paid for a cancelled order is refunded within 3–7 working days, to the account you paid from.
We may cancel an order when an item is out of stock, a price or listing was clearly wrong, a payment can't be verified, or we can't reach you to confirm the order. If we cancel, you get a full refund of anything paid.
Coupons
One coupon can be used per order, under the terms shown with it (minimum order, expiry, products it covers, and how many times it can be used). A coupon has no cash value. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the coupon discount is not paid out.
